I was a little nervous looking at the other reviews, but I had a great experience at 950 Delaware. I only had one semi-major maintenance issue (kitchen drain) and they sent out the maintenance man within 24 hours. When he determined it was actually a pipe issue, a professional plumber came a day later and took care of the problem. I loved having a little porch where I could put plants and all the neighbors I met were super nice. Never had an issue with pests, heating, or the on-site laundry.
