EP MANAGEMENT runs a very professional operation & is very committed to providing superior condo management services to its residents. I have had the opportunity to work with them both as a Realtor & as a 10 year owner of a condo in one of the communities that they manage. When I am working with a Buyer or Seller, Jonathan & his staff are always very responsive, ready to answer questions & always have any final docs required for the closing prepared, as requested, in advance & in queue for closing. As a condo owner, I have always had a positive experience working with EP & I have found their management style & strategies to be reasonable & effective for the community in which I am an owner. I am on the Board at my Condo Association and we switched our Management Company in 2020 to EP Management. Jonathan is extremely knowledgeable and very responsive and the entire Board was in agreement that EP Management would be best suited to meet our needs as an Association. Beth is our assigned Property Manager and she has quickly gained the trust of the entire Board and all of the Residents. Our condominium association, Robbin’s Landing, Danvers, Massachusetts, has been in existence since 2003. At the end of 2014, the Association left its original, and only management company and contracted with E. P. Management Corp., to run its business. At that time the Association was in poor financial condition. The reserve fund was essentially negative in value, with a loan balance of twice what the association had in that fund. In less than two years the loan was paid off and the Association was building its reserves. Yes, there were condominium fee increases, and special assessments, to bring the Association into a financial position close to where it should have been. During 2018, E.P. Family Testimony on E. P. Management services I want to take a moment to reflect on my deepest appreciation and gratitude to the staff of E.P. Management past and present, particularly the Property Manager, Mrs. Michele Daly Taylor. My late mother Ermance L. Milorin who died on November 19, 2020, two days shy of her 100-birthday lived there since retiring at the age of 65, I am sure you can do the math of her being a resident of 240 Pearl Street. I was fortunate over the years to observe the delivery of services from the staff. EP Management is great at managing the property and collecting fees. They do not support residents in issues regarding the condo rules and unruly neighbors. Jonathan Ziner, in particular, is highly unprofessional and rude to residents that would like a civilized building. He treated me like I was causing the problem by reporting it to the Management company. And, in the end... he advised me to take matters into my own hands. I do not recommend EP management as your condo management company. And, I do not recommend moving into any building that they manage. It only takes 1 unit to turn over and a bad neighbor to move in and living conditions can change dramaticly.
