Dwyer Funeral Home

My sister passed away over 2 months ago.Mourning her loss is hard enough, while laying her to rest is a struggle with Dwyer. I tried on numerous occasions to communicate with Rob via email, answering service, phone calls to the office & leaving messages, calling and speaking to Rebecca 2 days ago with a promise that she would have Rob call me back & still not a word! What kind of operation are they running here? I just want to hear something. I have suffered a lot of losses over the past 10 years and I have had the utmost compassion from every single funeral home that has handled my loved ones.. Perhaps they are in the wrong profession. God Is Good but this establishment is NOT!!!

This is the second time we've used Dwyer. Everything was flawless. Rob, Chad and Rebecca took great care of us. There is no upsell; they are very thoughtful, patient and accommodating. I would highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience with Dwyer for my mom’s wake and funeral. Everyone we worked with was super professional while at the same time warm and kind. Rebecca was incredibly responsive and walked me through all the costs and options in a clear and forthright way. I never felt I was being sold more than I wanted and the final cost was reasonable. I felt like I had a team on my side at a difficult time. Reading other comments I’m surprised by people’s issues with responsiveness. I had calls returned very quickly and Rebecca answered emails promptly. Very happy with the service we received and highly recommend. Steve and Rob were so kind, professional, and gentle during the toughest moments.

Very poor communication- I had to chase them about 10 times, I kid you not, just to mail my father’s ashes to me. It was bizarre and maddening. They are very slow to reply to emails which is extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend them at all. Unfortunately I don’t live in the area so it was an unfortunate choice made to use them. Thank god I didn’t have my father’s funeral there, the place is decorated like a bad 80s movie! Yikes.

My family has gone through Dwyer Funeral Home many times over the years for funeral services and they were very friendly, caring, and a did a great job. But this most recent experience has been absolutely SICKENING. We lost my uncle in May after a short battle with cancer. For starters they messed up the videos and never added photos they agreed to add and the videos were poorly placed during the services and barely anyone knew they were even there and many didn’t see them, including myself. They have extremely poor communications, they do NOT get back to you even after MULTIPLE calls and e-mails and even showing up to their door step. It took over 2 months for my mother, his son and his fiancé to receive his ashes and months later there was still no word on where the urns and necklaces we
