I have been a resident here for almost 2 years now and I absolutely love it! The maintenance team is friendly, professional and quick to complete any work orders. The staff in the leasing office is always so helpful. The community is great with them having events throughout the year for people of all ages. You will not find a better place on the Westside of Atlanta and it’s a STEAL for the price.

I lived at Dwell @ The View, operated by 58 Place LLC, and it was one of the most traumatic housing experiences I’ve ever had. The unit had ongoing mold, roach infestations, and visible structural water damage that made it uninhabitable. Despite repeated complaints and documented evidence, nothing was done to fix the conditions. I developed health issues and ultimately had to vacate for my own safety. Instead of addressing these serious habitability concerns, the landlord sued me and was awarded a judgment, which has now been reported to my credit file for over $8,000. This is devastating considering I was also recently approved for disability and am trying to rebuild my life. I filed a counterclaim and have pursued an appeal, but the process has been confusing and emotionally exhausting.

Well first off the staff are amazing and Jennah and Paul definitely help you in times of need so I have no complaints I’ve lived here for 3 years and I don’t plan on leaving any time soon.. i would definitely recommend dwell at the view because it’s a peaceful community

10/10 outstanding community. Maintenance is great and the leasing office is very prompt and professional . Especially Mr.Paul , Such a great property manager. Keep up the outstanding service / work to the entire team/staff and maintenance. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jennah and Jannel were a really great help and made me feel like i was at home. It was very easy to talk to them as well. Definitely recommend :)
