Dwell Cherry Hill Apartments

I am writing this review for anyone who is thinking about renting here. I will be as fair as possible, but the following has been my experiences on a scale from1-5: The apartment: I would give the apartment a 2.5. For what you pay you get nice high ceilings and a decent square footage. The apartments need an upgrade. The appliances are outdated, and some kitchen cabinets are warping. The stove is an electric coil top. Given the market rate rent, I expect a better kitchen. The old washer and dryer are problematic; the rust in the bleach cup flakes into my laundry. The building needs new carpets and a full repaint, not just touch-ups. It would be nice if all buildings received as much attention as the main clubhouse. Went to visit the homes and they were beautiful BUT if the visitors bathroom in the leasing offices is anything like the actual living arrangements then we will not be staying here. I’m truly disappointed in the lack of upkeep in that area.

Kitchens need to be upgraded, neighbors are inconsiderate, weed smoke in the common areas, trash is becoming an issue. Appliances are not stainless steel. Can’t burn candles in my apartment because I get soot on the walls, or anything white. Washer/dryer give constant issues. I can go on and on. I can’t wait to move!!!

Good, whatever you do don’t get a unit that’s facing route 70. Not sure if it’s the seal or the quality of the windows but you can hear the cars and construction all day and night.

Nice clean Beach, easy to find not a lot of people....Beautiful water with white sand.
