Dwell Avondale Apartments

My front door came completely off and they won’t fix it. Also they put a hole in my roof to fix a leakage that happened because they want to half do things years ago. Do not believe them when they tell you that everything is brand new because it’s not! They will lie to get you in and take your money! This apartment is the worst! And they do not care about their tenants I don’t care how much they PRETEND they do! They don’t ever answer the office phone and they don’t return voice messages! They do not care! DO NOT MOVE HERE! THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR MONEY

If I can give this a zero star I will they’re terrible don’t fix shii I have a leak since I moved in, in December. They keep switching owners and property management. Don’t answer the phone the only person that’s try to reason with the tenants is the maintenance man Mr.T he need a raise. They done had 6 different managements since I moved in. And newest management is the worst by far.

NO STARS I lived here and the maintenance is horrible, roaches everywhere, mice running through apartment, 1905 Elmore has trash everywhere, people hanging in hallways, elevator don't work, property people is rude and in experienced and they make you go through the most to get deposit back after leaving apt clean. DONT MOVE THERE

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!! THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! THE NEVER RETURN CALLS!

Nice apartment complex. Thinking about moving there.
