DWD Professional Management

Our community made a huge mistake switching to this HOA management company. With our previous management, everything ran smoothly, but ever since this company took over, it has been nothing but frustration. They are unresponsive, disorganized, and provide no real value to the community. It feels like they do absolutely nothing to address residents’ concerns or improve our neighborhood. I honestly don’t understand why they were chosen in the first place. If you’re considering them for your community, save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Terrible work, after Hurricane Milton they have not addressed any of the neighborhood's problems. DWD says the neighborhood has a deficit with them, but they don't show anything that can justify what the deficit is.

So I call to place a complaint and the young lady they answer phone I had to ask three times what her name was because she did not give it to me. Her name is Sal SAL. She’s even spelled it out then when I was trying to find out who my representative was for our community, she still did not want to answer that question. I finally told her what the situation was about which I didn’t want to repeat myself five times and she started going in. You have to do it by email you have to do this you have to do that and then I says I don’t even know who my representative is because I work two jobs. She goes well. Do you even go to the meetings in a very snooty way I don’t like this company. They are worse than the other HOA service and it’s like my fault in the tone of voice she use because I work tw

I recently received a letter of Non-compliance and was in violation of restrictions of my community, Pleasant Hill Lakes in Kissimmee, Fl. Along with a picture of house and violation. Only problem is, it wasn't my house. I consider this company neglectful and incompetent for not verifying the correctness of the address and house, before sending threatening notices. Unexceptable.

This company is very unprofessional no one answers the phone no one returns call , also how shady is it that you rent a property with a car space and they have your car towed because they say that you need a sticker which they never provide to you on purpose so that they could keep feeding money to the tow company we did get to record the incident not really sure why in the world somewhere where you live your own parking space and you get towed from and the car is registered to their website this company can actually be one of the worst companies out there I pray to God that they get new management or something but someone more responsible someone that knows about humans and people's rights of owning their property and the space.
