Dutchess Apartments

Really wonderful apartment complex. It is clear that management and the property staff take great care to make sure that everywhere is clean, and that the rooms are in tip-top condition. The rooms I looked at were in the process of maintenance (appliances being replaced, repainting walls, etc.), and the rooms being cleaned. I toured 3 different rooms last week, and Taylor from the leasing office has been guiding myself and my partner through the process every step of the way. She was incredibly personable, helpful, and detailed when it came to explaining the difference between each of the apartments, what is included, and what next steps would be if we chose to go forward with the process. I am currently finalizing my lease, and Taylor has been very helpful answering my (many) questions. I

Apartment hunting so stressful and especially finding one that is dog friendly. Working with Taylor was a blessing and she was able to find me the right apartment for me and my furry friend that was budget friendly and close to school. Being a full time student and working, she was able to assist me with the process and made it so easy. And she was very responsive to all my questions which was great! Not to mention, the apartment complex is very clean and so well maintained! I am excited to start my next chapter with Dutchess!

You won't find a better apartment complex in the Poughkeepsie area. Fantastic staff, affordable rent-especially for the 2 bedroom units, nice pool, Arlington School district. I lived there 6 years and I would highly recommend Dutchess Apartments to anyone.

I’m looking to relocate due to a promotion at work and found Dutchess Apartments. I initially spoke with a woman, new person, I forget her name I apologize for that but she was so sweet. I then drove up to the apartments, clean and very quiet. I met Vinny for the tour, by the way he is awesome, super friendly, informative, I felt very comfortable and had no questions considering he hit all points. We viewed two apartments, stainless steel appliances, fresh paint, clean, new flooring, new bathroom. We also walked around the complex to view the pool area for summer time and picnic area. The experience was great, I am currently in the application process and very excited to call this place my new home.
