Dunwoody Ridge Apartments

DO NOT, under any circumstances, move to this apartment complex! Update as of 8/26: Y'all, please listen to the reviews to not move into this place!! I do not say this in a discriminatory manner, but if you are not a native English speaking person or do not understand the law, you may want to completely avoid this place!!! They will absolutely steal money from you and take advantage of you if you do not understand the law. Please STAY AWAY from this place. Please read the reviews!! I gave them my 60-day notice on August 1st due to the mold issue below. I have been splitting my time between out of town and this place because I couldn't stand to live in such filth. I've also been trying to find a new place to live, which is so stressful at this point. They apparently sent me an email on 8/1

Renovated apartments are just fine. Low ceilings and full carpets are a minus. Office staff are a mixed bag. The maintenance staff were really nice and helpful. When moving out make sure to take pictures and insist on an in person inspection so you are not surprised with ridiculous charges later.

I have been living here for 3 years so far, and I’ve been loving living here. The leasing staff is amazing ( shout out to Elsie). They're really intensive, very responsive with the maintenance team. the gate always works too, and they try their hardest to accommodate us. I appreciate the staff and the property PERIOD. As a single woman, I feel really safe and that’s really important to me. Also, I love how clean the property is and how they take care of the trash overflow.

I loved my stay here at Dunwoody Ridge! I hear horror stories about other apartments and I’m so thankful to have found this place. I need an apartment and within 24 hours Michael had helped me get a lease started. My building was very family oriented which I loved. I felt very safe here as a girl living alone (hard to find sometimes). All my neighbors were super courteous, I never had any issues with bugs, or appliances not working. I would 10/10 recommend this complex to a friend!!

Kathi was so helpful throughout my moving process! I deeply appreciate her friendly spirit, willingness to assist, and transparency. I couldn’t have asked for more - moving can be a challenging process, but Kathi made it so easy. If you’re looking for a new place to call home, look no further.
