Dunwoody Glen

I had an amazing tour at Dunwoody Glen! From the moment I arrived, the community looked beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The atmosphere felt peaceful and inviting, and you can tell the staff really cares about keeping everything in great shape. Bryan Hudson was absolutely wonderful during the tour. He was very professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable asking any questions I had. He took the time to explain everything in detail and really showed that he cares about helping people find the right home. His positive attitude and welcoming energy made the whole experience even better.

Ingrid and Alicia were so friendly and welcoming the moment I walked through the door, such a great first impression! The property was clean, and the renovated apartment looked amazing. Porsche was also super helpful and friendly when I called back for more information after my tour. The community is conveniently located right off the highway and close to everything. Definitely a hidden gem! This is a place to call home!

After reading a lot of the previous reviews I’ve got to admit I was very nervous about moving in to these apartments especially moving from a 5 bedroom. However after talking to my co worker he assured me that the apartments where owned by a new company and that they were completely remodeling everything and how well things are managed now. So I decided to give it a shot. I was first met by my now apartment manager India Cross she was incredibly knowledgeable professional and friendly. Mrs. Cross made the process not only enjoyable she actually made it exciting to want to move here. I will say that I was still very nervous because I didn’t see my actual apartment until it was almost time to move in due to the full renovation however I was showed a 1 bedroom and another 3 bedroom durin

I met with Ingrid today for a tour and she was amazing! She was very professional, friendly and informative. Ingrid offered refreshments and showed me their smallest 2 bedroom 1.5 bath. Even though it was the smallest it was still a great size! The pool, gym, grill area and grounds is well taken care of. She took me around the apartment community so I could get a better visual which I greatly appreciated. Thanks to Ingrid, Dunwoody Glen is definitely at the top of my list!

These are clearly paid reviews. My sister had the worst experience apply with these apartments. It went from 4 different agents all saying different things they needed from her. We get to the last agent Sheila who told us everything came back we just need a paystub and then not even 10’mins later they sent a denial letter. We got the ringer the entire time of doing the application wasted so much time. And feel that they didn’t want to offer the free rent special they were doing.
