I had a very smooth and positive experience with the leasing office from application to move-in. Thank you to the whole team for making this transition such a pleasant experience. I especially want to appreciate Aliysha for being incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the process. I highly recommend this community!

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at dunwoody exchange. I moved into my apartment in January 2025. During the walk-through, I pointed out several issues that needed to be addressed, including a new refrigerator, oven, and the heater did not work. (When I turned the heater on, my apartment began to be smoked out, which lead me to have to purchase a carbon monoxide detector) The maintenance team had resolved these issues, but there was still a list of other tasks that hadn’t been completed. This was supposed to be a renovated apartment, and I’ve placed several work orders for the replacement of the upstairs guest bathroom doors. The old doors are still there, stained from the previous resident. I’m now at my sixth month mark, and walls have started to crack throughout the apartm

So I recently came in for a tour with Ms. Carmen and her staff, and all I have to say is wow. Ms. Carmen was so bubbly, super sweet, and so was her staff. Honestly excellent service overall, can’t wait to move in soon.

Please do not move here!!! the maintenance people do not care about your apartment or their job however they just pretend like they care to get a paycheck, when you call to get something done they never come and when they do it's months later. And for the school they're building outside of the apartments don't let your kids attend. These apartments are violating so many laws, rules, and regulations its not even funny. The rent is too high for an apartment so bad. Someone somewhere needs to shut them down. These apartments are so bad they need to be torn down and they just need to start over. When it rains the yard and the porch flood.

Moved in yesterday no complaints application process was as smooth as ever . Niurka Velazquez Was excellent she is the Assistant Manger of the property and made sure I was great for a successful move in and she was very knowledgeable of property as well . I look foward to a successful lease term . Keep up the good work .
