In filling out my Application and signing off on the varied papers, forms, etc., etc., etc., I can say that I am impressed with the Professionalism, and a genuine care for the property, residents, and their fellow staff that I seen the short time I was there for the Resident sign in. I'm still tied up with my old residence at the moment. My phone service is out. Am trying to get Text Now or something of the same service. So, this is the first way I could come up with to get in touch with Dunlap Pointe Staff. Specially sense I do not want anyone thinking that I "abandoned " Dunlap Pointe, Apt. 217 , before I even moved in. Happy Trails! Be Safe and have a Great weekend! ITS FRIDAY!!!! Fairly new supportive housing for people. Native Americans, Veterans, and others. Part of the VASH (Veterans Assisted Supportive Housing) voucher program among others. Rules regarding visitation and behaviors on property enforced. Overall, an excellent resource for those attempting to rebuild a life after challenges. NOTE: Staff {certain people ;-} thAT WORK IN "CASE management" seem to be biased in favor of those residents that are designated SMI, [or SMI and civilian in particular] and against certain veterans. There seem to be different layers of handling issues, with a distinct bias against "rabble rousers" or people wishing to improve conditions - for all the residents {or inmates}. The computer room has become a joke, with non-updated browsers running on a Linux based kiosk system -

They are not in any way shape or form a safe place. The electric went out the elevators stopped and they hv a lock on the fire escapes so you can not get to your 3rd or second floor apartment.you have to sleep outside on the concrete cs no staff member came to help us. They have a special building a high gates and only people with a key can get to you. Its. Looks like a prison. And staff can see the visitor thru the glass door but refuses to let them in. And wont noticfy the resident that some one is there for them. Which we cant see . Four residents have died since their opening in march of 2021. And the bus does not come up the mountain.they say they will gv a ride down hill at 10 and pick u up at 3 but who do you call. They hv no transportation. They are the worst case of abuse to handi

Very locked down and controlled access just like a prison... guests have to sign in and out but can only be let in by a resident... staff is very rude and wouldn't allow my uncle a resident to park his boat there in that HUGE empty parking lot for just an hour while we safely wire up the trailer lights on his truck!!! Very controlling place with security cameras everywhere
