The area is well looked after. Active maintenance throughout the day and the property is well lit at night. With a 12 month lease, I never had any issues. I originally signed from out-of-state, and had to end my lease 2 months early because of work relocation. The agents made both transitions smooth and easy. The center yard is beautiful and surprisingly kept clean. Pet stations are spread out around the property and there's a small fenced-in dog park. --The center park gets very active with children during the afternoon to evenings, so keep that in mind if you're looking for a quiet unit-- Snowy months weren't too inconvenient. Easy move in , managers are always available during hours ! Clean! They care about their tenants and they offer flex pay !! And reasonable rent! Most importantly it’s safe !

Just moved in but I couldn’t be happier. It’s quiet and peaceful and the leashing staff couldn’t be more pleasant. Heard good reviews from friends and, so far, it’s all true ☺️. I’m hoping my experience continues to be a positive one. I need it after my divorce.

The maintenance team has been prompt with response time and respectful of our space.communication with front office is great as well.

I been here at Dunlap Fall apartments for 15 days I am still under packing because of my work schedule.. I have not had any issues and my neighbors next door upstairs and under me has took the time out and welcome me to the community which I felt was exceptional the manger’s made me feel as I was part of a Close net community so I just want to thank everyone looking forward of staying here For a very long time!!!
