Won’t listen to complaints on safety concerns of individuals and unit. UNIT HAS HAD A LEAK FROM THE BALCONY FOR WEEKS AND MAINTENANCE STILL DOESNT SHOW UP AND CARS BROKEN INTO MULTIPLE TIMES WITHOUT ANY HELP FROM MANAGEMENT AND PACKAGES STOLEN AND DONT LET ME START IN THE HOMELESS PEOPLE HANGING AT DOORSTEPS AND LOOKING INTO CARS. SAID SECURITY IS ON STANDBY BUT NEVER SEEN A GUARD MY WHOLE TIME. DUCK LOFTS, WORST BUILDING MANAGEMENT EVER.

Duck Lofts new management has been phenomenal. Prior to new management, we had a few issues but this complex has made a complete 360. I couldn’t imagine living somewhere else for my senior year. Not only is the apartment cozy, secure and safe, but it also extremely convenient. The location of this complex is in perfect proximity to the UO campus, convenient stores, bars, restaurants, and urgent care. This complex has security installations and protection from the Eugene police department. I feel safe and at ease living here. Rent is affordable, utilities are affordable, and there are also parking options available. I’ve loved my experience living here and I hope the next tenets who take my unit when I leave the UO enjoy it too!

Giving it 4 stars only cause of the experience we had prior to the new management. That being said the new management that we have is AMAZING - Camren is so nice, efficient and always getting things done around the property. He’s always available, in less than 6 months had already made tremendously positive changes to our living community and has made living here the experience we’ve been needing to have.

Lived here for a year and it was terrible. The location is great, but besides that the management was absolutely horrible. Our guest bathroom toilet and our dishwasher were broken for the entire year that we lived there. We let management know countless times and nothing was ever done. They were literal college students who could care less. It's also overpriced compared to other apartments close by.

Super close to campus and main food places. Better than some other places I looked at before choosing these apartments. More affordable than others with great employees and management. These apartments have everything you need.
