Came without washer or dryer. (Which is fine I suppose). But due to a leak in the washer pipes, one room was pretty damp when we moved in. Followed up by a huge wall maintenance had to cut into the wall, which has been around for the last 5 months or so. The people who work for DT are pleasent to talk to. But you really have to jam some fingers to get anything done. Renting here is far better than most apartments. But still pretty hellish.

This company is the absolute worst place to rent from. I could go on for much longer than this forum would allow me to. Do not rent from these people. You WILL be screwed. You are better off renting from anyone else, or even putting a down payment on a home! You’ll spend just as much! :)

Absolutely a horrible place to rent from. No matter how great you leave the place they won't only keep your deposit they will send you a ridiculous bill.
