Update: If you're debating whether or not to purchase or build a home with DSLD, please consider my entire review. Before I start this, I think it's important to note that when we started the process of building our home, DSLD came highly recommended. I had never heard one bad thing about them. The buying process was smooth, and Julie was amazing... A representative responded to my original review, telling me to message them through their website. I did as requested. Here are the details: 2 years and 4 months after our home was built, a wax ring that was installed on our master bathroom toilet by DSLD failed. It had been leaking for a while, and since the toilet was grouted completely to the tile, the water was unable to escape and went underneath our floors and flooded the entirety of

Wonderful new neighborhood zoned for Milton. The supervisor, I think that’s his position with DSLD, Brandon has gone above and beyond to help us settle in. The sales woman, Julie, was very patient throughout our purchasing process. Neighbors are very welcoming as well.
