So, we were super skeptical at first to buy a new build. But then we actually walked through the new house with Josh Anderson, who is the superintendent. He is remarkable. Truly. I pray Dryden keeps Josh cause he's one of the biggest reasons why we are happy with our new house. And he is also the biggest reason why I will be recommending all my peers in the military to buy from them. Any deficiencies we saw he is making sure they will be taken care of. No new house will come perfect, but our house was close to it. They did such an amazing job, I'm truly impressed. Lastly, when you do the walk through, make sure you have Josh come out as he will always be honest with you.

I have never been happier with my home, and each day I fall in love with it even more. I am very glad to have purchased a Dryden home, and not one of the other home builders in the area, or a resale home. They put so much time and thought into making this a beautiful home. The home and the neighborhood are great and I do not regret purchasing a Dryden home. There are two employees that have made my experience even better, and they are Philip and Erin. They have been awesome with everything, and have been so kind to us. I will always recommend Dryden.

Been it this house a little over 2 years. I had an issue where it would flood in my master bedroom everything it’s rain hard. The boards and drywall would get wet and start mildewing. So the first time they fixed, it did it again the next time it rain hard. So the second time they said, it was the yard so they dig a trench in my yard and I told them I don’t think this going work, but they still did it. So it happen again. They came out a couple months ago and fixed my yard. But haven’t not came and fixed my bedroom yet. I have been very patient and have went up to Dryden enterprise multiple times to try and get this issues fixed. Nobody have yet to contact me. My patient have ran out. I been waiting almost 5 months to get this issue fixed. Someone need to contact me this week with an appoi

I had some issues with grass growing in my backyard. I reached out to Phillip and he responded quickly to assist me. He made some phone calls the same day and a landscaper contacted me the next day to schedule a time for them to come out and repair my yard. This was done within 2 business days. I spoke to the landscaper on Thursday and services were complete on Monday. Thanks a lot Phillip!

I recently purchased a house from this builder and it has been so unnecessarily stressful! It seems that once I went under contract nothing was completed on time or as it should be. I moved into a house with the concrete bathroom floor needing to be torn out, shower with cracked tile, no grout, and a shower head that leaked to the point my wall is saturated. Of course the water damage mark was painted over by their painter! I can go on and on with not "normal" basic things I should not had to move into. Yes I signed knowing these issues existed because I ended my lease trusting I was getting a great home in 2 months without these things. Don't make my mistake, make sure everything is fixed before signing. Oh and they get 17 or so days to be in and out your house with muddy boats and hand
