Driven Realty- aka Jonathan, purchased a vacant home across from ours in Glocester, RI. We actually met him briefly and my husband got his number since he was the new owner. Our road is a very narrow, dead end, private road- a glorified driveway, only our house and the one Jonathan bought. He immediately listed it. It has been listed for over 60 days, and hundreds of people have come to look at the house- never with him or any realtor. This has led to issues especially with the 2 feet of snow our area got. Jonathan did not have the property’s driveway plowed, however this has not stopped him from sending people to view the home by themselves- multiple people everyday. Since there is no where to park, they continue to block my driveway, block the road and on occasion even park in my drivew
