Drift Dunwoody

*Dangers* I had to live here for 3 years. I moved into this community in 2020 which at the time was named, Two Blocks. I lived in apartment 5003 on the ground level by the once called, "Zen Garden" area which should have been called the rat, spider, caterpillar, frog & roach infested garden area. In the summer there will be MANY ROACHES on the cement darting out or dead from being stepped on, the same goes for the caterpillar guts all over the ground level parking deck. Yet the Community will still charge you for a pest control fee. I've had pest control come many times but I think they feed the rodents instead of eradicate because they only become more powerful & bigger. I've complained in various ways but no one cared. I love this place Nakia who helped us was very very nice, all the staff is also very nice. This place is incredible a palace 👏 you have to come here to experience what I have experience, to say this building is 20TY years old, this place and all there rooms are well kept 👏 I can't wait to move here. I had such a blast with Nickeya Gause! She showed us exactly what we needed and was flexible with the floor plans, explaining, and meeting all of our questions (a million). This is a beautiful apartment complex and within reason! Possibly our new home:)

I had the Greatest pleasure of touring and working with Nickeya, she's awesome at her job. You don't find very many Leasing Assoc./Customer Service skilled persons in Property Management these days.
