Dream Space Coast

I’ve just moved into Dream Space Coast and am really enjoying it so far—huge thanks to the new managers, Courtney and Frances, for making everything go smoothly! They were responsive and helpful from the start, answering questions quickly, handling the application efficiently, and ensuring I was correctly credited with move-in specials promised by the previous management. Their friendly approach has made settling in fun and enjoyable. The building has a cool history (originally for NASA Apollo employees) and has been nicely updated with modern finishes. I really love that the apartments include an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and ice maker. Moved in 5 months ago, I love all the amenities that come with living here at Dream Space Coast! From the gym, yoga and cycling rooms to the 24 hr coffee bar. A large viewing room for space launches with adequate sitting for residents, family and friends. Court yard and pool deck that are well maintained and a great place to relax year round with hammocks and corn hole. Then there’s the oversized balcony offering stunning views - overlooking Space Coast on the Indian River. I can’t even name all the things that makes this place amazing! There is a little something for everyone. Premises has 24 hour security, key fob entry, coded doors, and car pass parking - giving it an extra feeling of safety! I recently toured Dream Space Coast and was genuinely impressed. The apartments themselves were fantastic, the layout and overall feel were exactly what I was hoping for, and the location truly couldn't be better. What stood out most, though, was the experience with the rental agent, Courtney. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, incredibly knowledgeable, patient with all of my questions, and clearly someone who truly cares about the people who live in the community.

I've lived here for about a year and a half and have been very happy here. The staff have been very nice - the only name I can remember of the newest staff is Courtney, who is a leasing agent. The manager has also been very nice. It's refreshing to live where there is a friendly atmosphere. They have special events now and then in the Great Room overlooking the river where food and drink are provided. The property is clean and nicely landscaped and is locked down to provide a good level of safety. The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, health care and post office. There is a pool, work out room and fast Wifi. I heartily recommend Dream Space Coast Apartments.

The process of getting a unit here was amazing. Courtney would know all the answers to my questions and made everything very easy. She is very understanding and responsible to how she would manage everything. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. These are my first two weeks and I absolutely love it here.
