Dream Home Abstract, LLC

This company made closing the biggest headache and cost us thousands that we were not expecting. This was our buyers mortgage company and they changed our closing date 5 times. We had our house packed us completely and had to pay thousands in keeping our truck longer, consistently taking off of work day by day as we were promised we would close the following day to then not close, we had friends and family take off of work several days to then not be available for our actual moving day and then had to hire a moving company! The communication was awful. We were told it was due to the state which was understandable but we did not appreciate being told daily they were “100% sure we would close tomorrow” to then find out the day of, that we were not closing. The only reason I am giving 2 stars

DO NOT work with this company. Nothing but communication errors. Tina Hartman was nothing more than rude and cumbersome throughout the entire process. STAY AWAY from this group.

Five stars are not enough. Diane, Diane and Tina were an absolute dream to work with. They were very professional, patient and accommodating. It was a difficult closing and they held my hand all the way through. They answered every phone call and responded to every email. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a title company.
