Dreamfinders homes and their preferred lender Jet Home Loans preapproved us for a home loan and before closing canceled our closing and kept our deposit of $10,000. This was the worse experience ever. The company does not care about human people they just care about the almighty dollar. This really put my family in a hardship and left us without a home as we moved to where our new build was and was living in an air bnb until we closed on our home. This left our family broke and homeless.We trusted them with not only our money but our family. They failed us.
New townhomes with good prices. I really wished my mom had decided to buy here. The builder's rep was so easy to talk to and answered all our questions.
