Dream Finders Homes

It has been 2 years since we moved into our home that Village Park Homes threw together. This company never finished our floors and now they are cracking and peeling all over the place. We have cabinets in our bathrooms that are not finished. They never came for the 11 month paint touch up. This is by far the worst consumer experience I have ever had. I have been put on a wild goose chase for 2 years! I have had multiple contractors come take a look and never return. I have met with their warranty manager to NO avail. I suggest you do some major investigation into this companies shady business practices before you ever purchase a home from them. Absolutely terrible. 2 YEARS!

My house in Savannah Quarters is a nightmare. Village Park is the worst builder. Never ever build a house with them. Still trying to get walk-through items done after 2 years. Can't sell the house, because it has lost value. Front door knob fell off last week. Had to replace floors for 15k. Sliders leak, and builder told us we can't wash them. Absolutely no insulation, so utility bills are through the roof. When they do come, they create more problems, and have no respect for my personal belongings. I could go on and on... Stay away from Village Park homes and Savannah Quarters.

Village Park Homes is by far the worst company I have ever had the complete displeasure to work with. A one star rating is too high for them. Their business practices are morally and ethically corrupt. The owner and management of this company do not care at all if they destroy people's lives. They are substandard builders and can't even keep a head contractor because their houses are literally falling apart. They sign contracts with people and have them use their lender, Jet Home Loans, who denied my client's loan 1 day before the house was to close. So not only do they not have a home (that they have been waiting for since Feb 2021) now they are keeping their deposit. After being active military for 26 years and having some 25 addresses, some government quarters, some rented and ten owned in over 50 years of marriage, we have run in to just about any housing situation and every landlord or sales agent possible. We had to deal with them in order to get a roof over our heads. Some were very personable, others had just business on their minds. Almost everyone one of them had nothing but their employer’s interest in mind. Al Gerber was different because he cared about his customer, both while the deal was progressing and after the papers were signed. Absolutely terrible developer. Poor Craftsmanship, everything breaks, or it’s not built correctly causing issues. I filed my warranty information correctly as I was told they have yet to come rebuild my subfloor upstairs that’s coming up so badly that my child trips over the flooring. (It’s been 18months since the warranty was submitted). 1 year into living in my home, the front porch roof caved in because they failed to put paper down under the shingles causing the roof to rot out and collapse from rain water getting into the woodwork. 1 year later I got pipes busting upstairs pouring water into the first floor and they state that’s normal wear and they’re not fixing it. Total scam, they'll build you a cheap dump, sell it and weasel their way around being held accountable for their poo
