Brandon Myers walked my fiance and I through every last detail he was kind, curtious, and very knowledgeable it helps so much to have someone like that, also the homes are gorgeous!
Just closed on my house on 9/30/24. I am very happy with my townhome. Update: June 2025- it has been very disappointing trying to get DRB Warranty to answer, calls, texts, emails and set up dates to come out to look at items that need repaired or fixed before my one-year warranty is up. Very frustrating dealing with them and getting them to care enough to fix things that wouldn’t even be wrong if production wasn’t so rushed and done half way.
Never will buy Ryan homes again
Very nice community.
