So if your a home owner your not supposed to be running a business from home but if you rent anything goes! Homeowners are required to meet certain standards such as shed matches house keep grass cut,etc a & a has a guy who is running a business from his apartment! He has employees and himself in and out of the development all hours of the day with no consideration for others ! Between the noise and the speeding in and out is ridiculous! Now we have a shipping container that we get to look at for who knows how long! It sure doesn’t match the house! What’s the point of rules if you allow them to be broken?!

So when we decided to build a full custom home It was a clear choice for us to continue a long lasting relationship with one of the areas best home builders.
