DRB Homes Parkview at Hamlin

When we first moved in the sites were clean and the community felt well maintained, even with the ongoing construction. They told us there would be some debris around, but they would do their best to clean it up, and we appreciated that they communicated it upfront. However, over the past month, the condition of the construction areas has significantly declined and it feels like we’re living in a landfill (these photos are of JUST the park if this gives you any indication). Trash from the sites and the Associates working there has gone beyond them and is in the playground, empty lots, the beautiful lake (which while walking my dog I found an empty water bottle filled with urine), and flown into residents yards. I have been waiting for a builder to bring some character into homes here in the Central Florida area. I was so excited when I saw this townhome community start to get built out. These townhomes absolutely have character and a uniqueness that isn't seen often in Central Florida. I went inside and recognized a familiar face Mark Simo as the sales rep. As a local real estate agent he has been very helpful in the past in previous new construction communities. He told me all of the ins and outs of this community and I was impressed. These townhomes are absolutely beautiful and are in the perfect location. There's really nothing being built in Orlando yet that's quite like this.
