Built my townhome through DRB in Moncks Corner, SC in April 2025, and ever since we owned our home, our gas range oven has not worked. DRB was told about it from day 1, and all they did was tell me that we had to contact the manufacturer, Whirlpool. It has been over 6 months, and it still does not work! DRB should have replaced this months ago, and they have not! I have emailed and called everyone to try to get a new gas range (that was part of my build), but they do not even respond to me! This is horrible customer service, warranty is horrible, and they just pass you around so they don’t have to take responsibility for it. Be aware if you want to build a house/townhome with them! Their customer service is horrible, and they do not care about making things right! Now, there are more issue

Never Sell Property, Land, or Lots to them! This is my personal experience of The DRB Group based on my experience selling a vacant lot in the Charleston, South Carolina area, and I want other property owners to be aware before entering into a contract with them. In my opinion, The DRB Group is extremely difficult to work with when selling vacant land, lots, or homesites, and I would not recommend them to other sellers or property owners. Throughout the transaction, The DRB Group repeatedly delayed the closing and enforced one open-ended extension after another. These delays happened because their team did not submit the required building paperwork to the local building department in a reasonable timeframe, which stalled the entire process. I have more than 20 years of experience in the

I recently purchased my first home through DRB Homes, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process! From start to finish, their team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. The agents at DRB Homes took the time to understand my needs and preferences, guiding me through the available options that matched what I was looking for. They were always patient, answering all my questions thoroughly and helping me navigate the often overwhelming process of buying a home. What really stood out to me was how transparent and honest they were throughout the entire transaction. I never felt pressured, and they were always upfront about every detail, making sure I fully understood all aspects of the process, from financing to closing. In addition to their professionalism, the

We just moved into our new DRB home in Summerwind Crossing. We've been here 6 weeks and we absolutely love our home and neighborhood. The quality of construction is far and above what we've seen with other home builders. Example, most new homes these days are built with 2 x 4 construction on the exterior walls. Not DRB. 2 x 6 construction on the exterior walls. Not only does that strengthen the entire integrity of the home, but it also allows for much thicker insulation in the walls. Naturally, the home is more energy efficient. In addition to that. The sales staff, specifically, Karen Fitzgerald, was an absolute professional to work with through the entire 5-6 month process. Phil, our project manager, made us feel like our home was his top priority and he was always there for us to answ

This has been an absolutely horrible experience, from the sales rep to the project manager to the warranty department. Nothing has been smooth and everything has to be done more than once. We had a plumbing issue 3 days after moving into the home, they came and removed the plug, saying that it should have been removed prior to closing, 3 days later, our garage ceiling was falling down due to the same plumbing issue. They refused to cover the cost saying it wasn't their fault and it was caused by "flushable wipes or feminine products." 6 days after being in the home? Are you kidding me? Don't waste your money on these incompetent and unethical people and their poor quality homes. When we were threatened with them cancelling our contract because we didn't want to have 3 house payments, we sh
