I have been trying to be contact about my house warranty. they completely ignore me for months, I have called lots of time, send multiple emails, file online forms what they care it's the initial purchase, after that they will abandon you. So If you can stay away from this BUILDER.

If I could give no stars I would. Tried to call them for information multiple times with no call back or anything. Thanks but no thanks. Won't be referring anybody to this company
