D.R. Horton

BE CAREFUL OF FRAUD!!! We signed a contract with their salesperson stating that DR Horton was the only builder that at anytime for any reason would refund the downpayment. FALSE! Once we saw we could not afford the mortgage with the increasing interest, we spoke with the salesperson and our realtor to terminate the contract and refund the downpayment. That is when the salesperson and his supervisor, did not do anything!! And lied to our face!! We have contacted DR Horton Corporate and have not heard back!

This is the worse company ever to buy a house from. The salesman doesn’t tells you that they don’t come with toiletries fixtures, no blinds, no refrigerator, no washer and dryer, No garage door opener motor. Poor material, poor craftsmanship, unfinished outside molding, the door if you open one and the other. They will hit each other, the model homes are not as they describe. The cabinets door hitting each other when you open them. If you open the refrigerator door. It will be hitting the pantry door knob. The alarm system is the worse and they didn’t connect most of the outlets. When you place a warranty work order. They take forever to come and fix. So please be aware of this company builder.
