D.R. Horton Atlanta East Division Office

I purchased a newly built home from D.R. Horton in 2021. Within the first 3 months, I had my first ceiling leak. Since then, I’ve experienced 3 roof leaks and 2 ceiling leaks. This is completely unacceptable for a new home. When I contacted the builder, they refused to fix it and directed me to RWC, the structural warranty provider. However, RWC has not responded or assigned anyone — only asking me to leave a message. Now my ceiling is leaking again, and the situation is urgent and unlivable. D.R. Horton’s construction quality is deeply flawed, and their customer service is irresponsible. I will file a formal complaint with the BBB and upload all videos and photos as evidence. They are the worst had a issue with the home that was an electrica electrical issue. It took them 3 weeks to contact me back that's after leaving several voicemails and emails. Just unacceptable These homes are over priced homes with cheap material they use to build and the appliances put in. Find another builder

This is the worst most unprofessional group on people I've ever worked with in my entire career. DR Horton in South Fulton (Atlanta) has manage to attempt to build a product that doesn't meet minimum city standards. My client has been waiting over 4 months to close with this company holding $5k in earnest money. Their attitude is ridiculous. Especially the real estate broker?? Michael. He and Gina have had more excuse then you can imagine as why they're not ready to close. My client has lost so much money in extended rent and misc cost.
