Kerrie was very kind and accommodating in my experience. She goes above and beyond as a real estate agent, helping some tenants find furniture for example. She also let me use her building's parking lot throughout my stay. Would definitely recommend working with her, especially if you are a student in the area looking for housing.

Kerrie Doyle is a wonderful realtor and such a nice gal! My fiancee and I were scrambling for a place to live during college season, and she happily took us to a bunch of great options all over. She is very clear and communicative, and helped us through every step of the process. There is no one else I would suggest more - Kerrie's the best!

Kerrie Doyle has been by far the best realtor I've ever worked with. So sweet, nice, polite, and easy to work with. Just a really great person to work with that gets things done, which is all I could ask for. The people she works with are great too and they've all just been a great change of pace from some of the other realtors on the east side of Providence.

Kerrie Doyle was quite rude each and every time I dealt with her. I sent a payment to her when it should have gone to the landlord. She literally called me and read me the riot act. I told the landlord that she represented that he needs to make sure she never calls me again. Incredibly horrific experience AND the building had MICE.
