Dover Manor Apartments

First the positive grounds are well kept neighbors are quiet and nobody bothers you. Called Theresa because they turned on the boiler and left me no control of the heat the apartment went up to 87 degrees and 24 hours later still no maintenance. I can't blame maintenance because of her indifferent attitude towards this problem she may have thought it was a non issue and with her attitude never sent the maintenance request in. Beware! Renting here if timely maintenance and living in comfort is important to you. Especially if you have breathing issues as I and can't safely be in 87 degree conditions without running your air conditioner constantly which you pay for.

I live at the complex more then 7 yrs now, And i must say i truly love it there. If u need to drop off your rent check. Theres a drop off box in A laundry room..never late ..and maintenance are great too
