This is a fixed income retirement community located in Pembroke Pines, right behind Memorial Hospital Manor. There are 2 buildings and the area is pretty quiet and the grounds are kept neatly. There are plenty of parking, and the entrances are controlled by code. The people are pretty nice here for the most part. Good community.

If you’re visiting this area, don’t count on using the restroom—they keep it closed to the public

My grandpa has been staying here since it opened. There's a computer room, library, tv in the lobby. Weekly events and a bus that takes him to Publix or the doctor as well as other places. Everyone here is friendly and ample amount of parking. If you are even considering this place, do it. There's new buildings opening up and it looks like there's more to come. It's safe, kept clean and you can tell the people here care. Bless.

Everytime I hope to the office of Mrs. Nilsa it's a pleasure Her office is always looking sharp with flowers and smelling nice...she never turns me away even though I go with an appointment...she's a very pleasant & nice lady to go talk to...always tries to give me a positive answer so I don't get discouraged!!! I hope after 5yrs of waiting I can finaly move in by 2024, keeping my fingers crossed for a miracle to happen 🙏 in 2023 👈

Beautiful community with a great staff, the manager was very informative and took time to listen to our needs. I feel comfortable having my parents apply at this community.
