Rented a condo from their Agent Alesia Myers and Was not able to use it, so she did not return my money or honor the fact she would let me use it another time. When she stated she would not let me use it again. I said OK. Well, then send me my deposit back of $175 since there was no cleaning fee or anything involved because I never used it. She told me it was nonrefundable and has now blocked me. I will be filing a lawsuit for a small claims, but I recommend do not use these people or company for that matter. I could not find Mr. Ellimas cell phone number online so I cannot reach out to him directly so this is my only recourse at the moment

We had a terrible experience with an agent at Douglas Elliman that caused us to lose quite a bit of money from a summer rental. I would not recommend using this agency.

Negative experience over a summer rental. Will never use this agency again.
