Zoki has been great, both as a caretaker and on construction projects. He provides regular updates and has never not answered my call. We live 1300 miles away from Nantucket, so it is a comfort to have such reliable eyes on our place over the winter. I recommend Zoki’s services without reservation.

When issues arise with the property, he spots them early and lets us know how we might address them. When we’ve needed subcontractors, Zoki has been able to find great subs and get them to fix our problems in a timely manner. Whether it’s getting the house ready for us to arrive in the summer or letting us know that his latest routine visit went smoothly, Zoki keeps us up to date on everything when we are off-Island. John and Zoki are the second caretakers I have used for my property on Nantucket. The level of service they provide is far superior what was previously experienced. They are very personable and have a high level of care they provide their customers. The service they provide is truly above and and beyond. Not once have I ever felt that John and Zoki have been complacent in the care of my home, which I did feel with my previous caretaker who was always difficult to contact. They provide weekly checks and ensure the home is looked after properly and are always available if anything is needed. They very constructive, very diligent, and have a high level of integrity.
