My husband and I have been here for almost 2 months and I am ready to write my review. This property is freaken amazing!! We use to live off of Montgomery and San mateo and compared to that place this apartment complex IS SOOO MUCH BETTER!! Every night at our old apartments it was always cops or arguments from neighbors around us and I always had to have one ear open because it was so sketchy. Maintenence there never took care of anything here omg dishwasher wasn't working fixed it IMMEDIATELY THE NEXT DAY. We have trash valet that comes to our door to pickup our trash which was been super helpful because I have a new baby and 2 crazy kids. We have a security thats always on call too if anything does happen. The manager I think her name was Monique was super helpful with discussing anythin

I had a great experience. When I first moved in the AC wasn't working and they replaced it with a newer, better model. The ladies in the office are great, and the maintenance crew is on top of there game!

I lived at Dorado for about two years. In the beginning, my stay was perfect. The area was calm, and the move-in process was easy. However, after some time, I started getting sick very frequently. I had a constant runny nose, nonstop sneezing, headaches, and watery eyes. Whenever I stayed somewhere else for a period of time, I would recover. But as soon as I returned to my unit, the symptoms would start again. This led to multiple doctor visits and missed days of work. A friend suggested it could be related to the air quality in my apartment. When I opened the area where the air comes through, I was shocked. It was absolutely disgusting, with years of buildup and what appeared to be mold. It was extremely alarming, especially considering maintenance regularly came in to “change the filter

I lived at Dorado Heights Apartments (Apt #2010) from March 2022 to August 2023, with my lease originally ending in October 2023. I provided proper written 60-day notice of early termination on July 1, 2023. After moving out, I received a move-out statement on September 6, 2023, that included several incorrect charges — a $364 “Opening Balance,” $65 for “Partial Paint,” and $50 for a “Valet Trash Can.” When I visited the office the next day, the Assistant Manager (Judith Batista Ortiz) confirmed that those charges were mistakenly added and belonged to another unit. She also acknowledged that the Opening Balance was incorrect because my notice was properly submitted. She promised to send me a revised bill and to divide the balance into four payments. Unfortunately, I never received the c

Dish washer has been reported 2 times never was fixed just came in and messed with a hose next to the sink and didnt look at the dish washer at all. Door handle was falling off when moved in. When it finally would not lock anymore (safety hazard keep in mind) they forced me to pay for it when it had been brought up before. Living in a place for a year is not enough wear and tear to cause something like that. Clothes are constantly stolen from the laundry room. Dryers dont work 90% of the time. Towed my vehicle that is registered on the lease (how hard is it to make an excel spreadsheet with everyone's license plates that yall already have on everyone's lease, its part of the application and ctr+f and search a vehicle. Don't make your tenants the culprit. When its easy to verify. I say this
