Do not rent here!! They will make up charges when you move out to make sure they don’t owe you much money upon move out. For example, me and my roommates security deposit was 1800 total. We received 154.82 back. Some of the charges - 425 dollars for “paint touch up” when we only had a handful of nail holes per room. Definitely not 425 dollars worth. Maybe 150 if I’m being generous. - 140 dollars for 4 sets of blinds. None of our blinds were damaged in the least. -135 for a ceiling fan. Same story, not a single fan was damaged. -84 dollars for replacing two garage door openers. We were only given one upon move in, which we did lose so it would have been fair to charge 42 dollars. But we were only given one and they know it. -105 dollars for mowing, edging, weedeating and raking. I personall
