Bad bad company they treat gods children like the pestilence that resides in there so called homes they sell. rent up 100 dollars same old pipes from 1970 that’s had a severe leak for 2 years no response to messages about issues everybody should withhold rent money until the needs are met big or small they can’t keep getting away like the slickerds who slick I will be posting photos

I was a client for a year, and found they are good for one thing they CHARGE YOU FOR EVERY IMAGINABLE THING. This was the worst experience i have had, they charge me for management fee + miles+ office expenses+ software + i had Home warranty and they prefer to use their own plumbers or electricians. I guess they don't care about saving any money for their clients. I had my property for half a year with no tenant and I was very frustrated with them and on top of that the way they write the monthly reports are very very hard to understand. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

I just moved into an apartment Downtown and Skye was a saving grace! We needed to move in by April 14th and she met us on the weekend to make sure we had everything we needed and all of our questions were answered. I am so glad I stopped by the doorpost downtown office and excited to finally have great management that shows they care!!
