a lot of people hang out there that don’t live there unit is ok if you need an emergency move or some where to stay like right right now everything out dated only certain units washer and dryer connections but they do have a laundry facility in the rent office maintenance is a quick fixer upper not a fix the problem maintenance kids don’t have no where to play cause the grown people took over their sitting /playing area

I had the pleasure of meeting Lia at the apartments today. She is an absolute delight, very knowledgeable, and loves her job. It is clear that she cares about the people and wants the best for them. I highly recommend these apartments and Lia as your leasing best friend!

The property manager helped me when I first moved in, I had no idea how to do anything. She helped me get autopay set up, paperless billing, and when we had to pay rent via money order, she told me step by step how to go about it. Shes really helpful and has truly been a blessing since the day me and my daughter met her.

I currently live there and just moved in on July 1st 2021 from Orlando Florida. Right now September is approaching and already killed about 10 to 11 humongous cockaroaches!!! Yes, that's right. The ones you would normally find in Florida since over there is known for the wildlife. Me and my small son lived in a small one bedroom in Florida for over 7 years and only killed maybe about 3 cockaroaches. We just moved into Atlanta GA for almost 3 months now and I am ready to move out now!!!

Absolutely Horrible experience at these ghetto, unprofessional apartments. The office lady told me many lies that she knew weren't true, made me wait almost 3 months for an apartment that I never got. She is very unprofessional, doesn't return any calls, and lazy quite frankly blaming the pandemic for her laziness. Absolutely disgusting.
