Donegal Pointe Apartments

I visited and planned on leasing a corporate furnished apartment but my plans changed last minute and I decided not to go through with the lease. But I wanted to say if your looking for a place like home away from home this is the place. The leasing office manager Shannon is amazing. I view a few apartments in Sioux Falls & No ONE cared like Shannon. She truly wanted to help me get into a place and she just cared about me! Thats hard to find in an apartment complex and if you decide to rent somewhere I would recommend here at Donegal Point

Well managed, quiet & respectful living for all ages. Fitness Ctr, indoor & outdoor pool, Hot tub & Sauna, as well as a Community Room (rent free room for your events)!

Shannon at Donegal Pointe is simply the best! She was so quick to respond to us and answered our questions before we even asked them! She is great and it shows with how beautiful the whole property is!

Shannon was truly fantastic in showing me around. I visited several other Lloyd Properties, and while they were all impressive, the location of Donegal Apartments is perfect!

After seeing the large "Move In TODAY" banner draped on the front facade of Donegal Pointe Apartments (see photo), I answered "today" when the property manager asked me when I wanted to move in. She said that would be impossible since they need several days to approve an application. When asked why then the large banner advertising move in "today" was draped across her building, she replied, "I didn't hang it there." That was on a Monday after their leasing agent proposed and set an appointment to show me the unit for rent at 11 AM on Saturday, then pulled a no show, then ghosted me.
