The Domus team made our large renovation seamless - all on budget and well ahead of schedule. They thoughtfully managed all of the moving parts, and made the project virtually stress free for our busy family of five. Our onsite foreman made sure the work was at the highest standard and moving steadily. He was knowledgeable, professional, and always calm, even with the unexpected. Our project manager was a mastermind with the coordination of all the materials, labor and timing. They were all flexible and supportive when we had to adjust on the fly, and still brought it all together ahead of schedule and, for us, stress free. After purchasing a condo which originally was a 1760 tavern we were looking for a general contracting company to do a fair amount of renovation work. We had our own designer and interior decorator who is located in RI so we needed a GC who was able and willing to team with her and the team in RI. We did our research and decided to hire Domus Constructors, LLC. Our experience with Chris and his team was very positive. One of the challenges was we were living in the space while it was being renovated. Chris came up with a plan which staged the work allowing for the least amount of disruption to our day to day living. Chris, Peter and Dave were awesome to work with. They were efficient, communicative and always able to solve issues that arose. Always kept our budget in mind as well.
