My house sold in no time. I had the honor to have Dominique as my realtor and the experience during the sale of my home was beyond what anyone could expect. He handled everything very professional and most importantly knew what he was doing. Every question I had, he was there to respond and explained eveything to me with all patience in the world. Dominique is someone you can trust and will always be honest. I believe that selling a home with a realtor with integrity and values is like winning the lotto. Dominique just made me feel I had the Lucky numbers...he is the man you need and I can honestly say he is dedicated 100% to his realtor job. I recommend Dominique to anyone who is wants a smooth, easy and hassle free transaction.

Dominic sold our house in Miramar, Florida within hours. He has been very punctual, reliable and attentive from listing the property to closing. Dominic is very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to answer concerning questions that my husband and I had. We carefully listened and followed his advice; as a result, we were able to get a higher bid than the listing price. Dominic is a very honest person. He possesses tremendous skills in negotiating contracts. He followed up with everyone involved in the process to make sure that closing was done as scheduled. Dominic has been my realtor on several deals, he is extremely responsive, has a great attention to detail, is very knowledgeable and professional, and has my best interest. I am very picky with realtors because unfortunately not all of them know the market or just want to sell fast, get their commission and go. It’s a feeling like “ when they’re going to sell your home, they push to sell lower, and then when you’re going to buy, they push you to sim higher”. I never had this feeling with Dominic when selling a property she always tries to see for my interest as a seller and never pushes me to accept a bad offer just to get his piece of the pie.

He is extremely knowledgeable and has excellent support from the photographer, lender, title company, and home inspector, who together made this a seamless and efficient process. He listed and found a buyer in 15 day. He made sure I knew in advance what to expect and kept me informed every step of the way. He proved to be very resourceful and experienced. I will refer him to anyone needing a realtor and will use him for all my future real estate business.
