Domain WeHo Apartments

Out of all of the apartment buildings in the area, this is by far the best situated, generally quiet and is well maintained. Amenities are well maintained and the interiors are designed with care. The best sunset views. Good neighbours. Maintenance staff is always helpful and timely. Security at night is very reliable and responsible. I’ve lived here two years and seen two different teams of management staff, and they’ve been busy, but generally approachable. There is an issue with the structures being relatively hollow, so you can hear reverberations from even footsteps of upstairs neighbours who don’t care to use bedroom slippers or walk gently. From the moment I stepped foot through the front lobby door I immediately felt the good vibes. The decor, thoughtful exterior and interior attention to details, vibrant hallways (that always have a nice fragrance), and most importantly amazing leasing management and 24/security. oh! And did I mention Porto’s bakery every Friday morning? :) The Domain is hands down the most luxurious and well managed property I personally seen in WeHo. Shoutout to Abraham & Danna from leasing management for being so amazing!

We’ve lived in a studio unit for the past few months and have loved it. The area is perfect and has everything you could possible want or need within walking distance. I have never felt unsafe, even while walking my dog at 11pm at night. The building, amenities, and surrounding area are always clean and secure. There’s a super safe package room (important for an Amazon addict like me) and the pool has the best sunlight (important for a tanning addict like me). The studio has more space than we could have dreamed and it has more than enough room for myself, my boyfriend, and our small dog.

UPDATE: In response to Management saying there is not evidence of a pest infestation inside the building, I have added screenshots from a video I recorded showing a large roach in the Domain WeHo package room. ____________________________________ Tenant Warning: Documented Health and Safety Hazards at Domain WeHo (roaches, rodents, bed bugs, noise, and carcinogenic chemicals) After three years as a tenant at Domain WeHo, I feel an obligation to warn prospective renters and urge oversight from relevant housing authorities. The property is plagued by serious and recurring health and safety violations, all stemming from gross negligence on the part of management. I've lived at the Domain in West Hollywood for about a year now and I absolutely love it. The location is spectacular and cannot be beat. It's easy to get to all of the popular spots like Runyon and is central to the major metropolitan areas in Los Angeles including, Hollywood, the west side, North Hollywood, and Downtown as its close enough to the 101. Across the street is a huge complex that has many delicious options to eat at in addition to a Target, Best Buy, and Ulta. The unit I live in faces Santa Monica and get spectacular light. The unit is modern and includes washer/dryer, and stainless steel Kitchen appliances. Among the many fabulous features at the Domain there is a pool, spa, fire pit, bbq space, gym, numerous rooftop decks that feature gorgeous views of the hills. And o
