How I came across Domain Realty was from my job helping an employee. Normally you don't get White Glove Service from everyone at a Company but Domain Realty you will. I was so Impressed that one of the Owners Myung personally came to my house to talk about my Property and what they could do to help rent it out and all the details of how it works. My tenants had an issue and within hours, I was communicated with and a Service Company was already dispatched to come Diagnose and repair to get my tenants back to normalicy. I could go on and on but just know this, you will be treated with respect and cared for like a family member. Domain Realty will continue to have my business.

Hmm, the reviews on here seem sketchy and manufactured. The property management branch is pretty terrible, not that I’m surprised. They do below the bare minimum. I probably annoyed their team, but always felt like I had to nag over text or turn to ChatGPT for legal help. I’m sure they deal with shady tenants all day long and so stay on the defensive, but it’s frustrating to feel like I did my best to take care of the property and leave it in a clean state (the house is old and falling apart, and they don’t do any preventative maintenance) and still get told I’ll be having a professional cleaning fee deducted from my deposit. My questions about it were ignored completely. Hopefully I get an itemized list, at least. Looking at the way they respond to reviews on here, they’ll probably respon
