Last year I went after years of my boss Glenn raving about this place. He should be doing advertising for them lol! So last Aug I ended up with just me and my dog Beau going! We had a great time and I’m heading back this year for the 4th of July with my granddaughter. Everyone was so nice. Meet so many amazing wonderful super friendly people there.

We arrived and the house had not been cleaned at all. There were fake fingernails on the floor in a bedroom, pee on the toilet, everything was sticky with visible dirt, the trash was a huge mess at the foot of the stairs, just to name a few things. We were so tired that we bleached and vacuumed the whole place ourselves and went to bed. When I complained to the office, they were apologetic and told me about how they just had to fire one of their cleaning staff the week prior, and she had not been working as scheduled. But they refused to refund us anything, even the fees, despite knowing that the negligent housekeeper had been assigned to our house. I never leave reviews of anything, but now I feel compelled to so no one goes through what we did: Two by the Sea in Avon was a massive disap

We rented from Dolphin for the first time in May. The house was very clean and we were super pleased with our experience. We will be coming back to the same place in October!

Going to visit again for the 3rd year in a row, beautiful beaches and awesome staff! Awesome prices! Can't wait to be there!

My husband and I have been dealing with Dolphin Realty and Hatteras Cabanas for years and I have dealt with them for about 20+ years! They are wonderful, helpful and dedicated to helping us all fall in love with Hatteras Island and the Village! Only wish we could visit more often!🌊
