I have been here for 7-8 months now . The best part is maintenance team. They are awesome. Whenever I had an issue they are always here happy to help. Weekends ,weekdays anytime . Always Raring to go. Very helpful staff . Garlin, Jonah and everybody else . Thank you all for making this place so easy , lovable to live .

Exhausting, stressful, and damaging NOISE. For a year I’ve been woken up around 6 AM, THREE times every single week. Every Monday or Thursday, hundreds of roaring generators in the warehouse beside the apartment thunder like an earthquake, shaking you awake. Every Wednesday, lawn mowers start at dawn with sharp, jarring noise—no matter the season. Management always says it’s “not controllable,” deprioritizing residents’ rest and health in favor of budget. Pain of regret. If you want sleep and peace, DO NOT move here. This place will rob you of rest, peace of mind, and basic quality of life. They DO NOT care—stay FAR, FAR AWAY.

UPDATE: we terminated our lease early after paying $2000 to leave! And it was worth every dime! Countless problems with the arrogant condescending manager. She’s a lier and someone with zero customer service skills. Would have left sooner but Bentonville Rogers area has horrible rental opportunities. Our security deposit was shorted because they lied to us. If you Rent there have a lawyer on hot stand by or prepare yourself for the worst apartment of your life. Sure it’s new but it’s a disaster! Best thing I did this year was moving out of there. I regret to say that my experience with this apartment community has been extremely disappointing. Dodson Pointe was my FIRST Arkansas apartment, I am very happy that I have chosen them and I do not regret having to live there for 1 year. This spot is very private, is close to Bentonville & Rogers, and is staffed with friendly, AVAILABLE, and caring employees. They have 24/7 fitness center with great workout equipment, and they provide clean towels, cleaning detergent, and restrooms. They also got Amazon delivery mailbox, they will inform you if you forgot your packages, and their billing process is easy and including lots of utilities. I moved here a few months ago and absolutely love it! Everyone here is super friendly and it’s super quiet. Any time i need any work to be done they either get it done the day of or first thing the next day! if you thinking about this place i definitely recommend
