I've Been Using Your Storage Units, Steady For Over 4 Years... Have Even Upsized A Few Times... Yes I Am Unfortunately Late Most Times With Making My Payments... Due To The Erratic Work Schedule I Have.. But None The Less....It Only Hurts Me...And Makes You More Money....Because I've Always Made My Payment Late Fees And All... I Never Complained About The Lack Of Security Cameras There.... And Even After Several Break Ins... You Still Do Not Have Them... But That Is Not The Reason I'm Writing This ...I Went This Morning To Make A Payment... For June. Which I Did.... And Let The Lady Know That I Would Be Back Before The Grace Period Ends For July. And I Asked If I Could Please Just Drop A Few Tools Off In My Unit, But I Was Told NO! That I Would Have to pay For July First before they Would

Rude staff, when you call to make a payment they leave you on hold for at least 5 minutes. Also Desirae would not waive the late fee during the pandemic, when many of us struggled to get hours at work.
