Dockside Village Apartments

One, if not the best complex in the Williamsville School District. Good floorplans and kind employees.

Great place to live! Always clean and safe and in a great location with easy highway access. Clubhouse has a pool and gym that are very nice. They have a valet trash service and are very prompt with maintenance requests. I recommend to all!

I moved into Dockside, phase 3 apartments back in October, 2023. I love everything to do with my apartment. Everything is upgraded, brand new, gorgeous, and perfect! The grounds are well kept and we have a beautiful lake that we are able to walk around. My only issue is living on the second floor and the noise that comes from the top floor. There is zero soundproofing in our buildings, and they don’t really seem to care about it no matter how many times I’ve brought it to their attention. No matter how many times my neighbors have also brought it to their attention. Most days it sounds like my upstairs neighbors are beating a bass drum as they’re just walking across the floor. My only discrepancy is that the management/staff/property manager does nothing to address it. I have sent multiple

We placed a deposit of 1000.00 to hold a unit and 12 hrs later changed our minds after some of the policies Dockside has and told us AFTER the lease was signed. They refused to give us back our deposit. We even asked for some of it back and they refused. The regional manager was very rude and un accommodating regarding this issue. We are very displeased with their services. Make sure all of their policies are given to you before signing and not after like what happened to us.

Maintenance is excellent. Apartments are excellent floor plans. The front office is friendly and helpful. A very pleasant place to call home.
