Autumn Creek Apartments

Edited review in response to management at Autumn Creek: I can’t in good conscience recommend Autumn Creek properties. In my opinion, if you are not a smoker, this is not the place for you. Although the lease states that tenants are not allowed to smoke inside their units, they still do so whenever they want. Management will not fix the problem, even if you complain. They haven’t figured out how to enforce the “no smoking inside the units” rule in the lease. If you decide to move here, my recommendation is to document everything. Get witnesses so no one can gaslight you or pretend it’s not happening. Please do your own research on the detrimental effects of second-hand smoke when exposed over 19 months. I've just moved to this beautiful neighborhood and so far I really loved it. The maintenance team is very professional and they respond so quickly.Kevin Travis was the maintenance person and he was so polite and helpful. All because the management is great, I am so happy with my decision to move-in here.

The leasing agent I worked with, Lisa, was incredibly kind and helpful! The tour she gave me of the property was one of the best I've experienced, and she remained in contact with me throughout my decision process but never once pressuring or pushing me to make a decision. She thoroughly answered every question I had without hesitation. The property itself is beautiful as well! While I did not end up leasing here, Lisa's work still deserves to be recognized!

It has been more than 2 weeks since we got the all clear from the exterminator-no cockroaches, no bed bugs, no pests of any kind. We were told that as soon as the management got the ‘all clear’ that they would complete the maintenance on the apartment. Here is the current list of maintenance needs: -New dishwasher Air conditioner leaks Hole In ceiling when they tried to fix the air conditioner in the past Air ducts need cleaning Window screens twisted and don’t fit windows Closet doors are not on track Rug thresholds are frayed with nails sticking out (been injured frequently because of this) At least one bedroom rug should be replaced Baseboards in one bedroom have not been replaced since they removed them over 2 years ago. My family and I moved from Queens at the end of summer 21. It was a big change and living here at Autumn Creek has helped the transition immensely. The property is wonderfully kept, the staff is kind and friendly, the maintenance crew is polite and quick. We just had our bi-annual maintenance check done by Alan and Rob and it was smooth, quick, and sociable. There are so many amenities that we've already had the pleasure of enjoying and I cannot wait to get to explore more when the summer arrives. Thank you so much for giving us a home we can be proud of!
