Since they decided to remove my review I'll just make another one. This complex has gone completely down hill. The office never answers, they are charging me double insurance now, the new team they brought in are never in the office and at that they will delete your reviews as a tenant that LIVES IN THE COMMUNITY CURRENTLY. Please for the love of God move anywhere else but here. Why would you want to live somewhere that never responds to you and doesn't have anything together.

I have lived here for almost a year now, we recently got a new management company and to say the very least this property is going down hill FAST. I've talked with other tenants as well and have came to the conclusion that most of us are on the same page. Our previous office staff were down right amazing. I cannot say the same now. They NEVER answer and are NEVER in the office. They actually were all having lunch and saw us standing outside for over 10 minutes and chose to let us stand there while they finished eating. They are setting up a whole new system and inconveniening us to get a cashier's check. Im planning on not renewing my lease most likely if this is how it's going to be long term.

My garbage disposal went out just before Christmas, called maintenance and the AI wanted me to trouble shoot! After multiple requests through the portal and emails to SRG I finally got a new one; not working and sink backs up and now dishwasher leaking; and AI wants me to trouble shoot; I’m not Ping an arm and a leg to do my own maintenance! Again, another email sent this morning to SRG management! When I first moved here it was AMC and maintenance was awesome !

On Christmas Eve we discovered our hot water tank was leaking. The maintenance team responded immediately and replaced the tank within an hour and a half. We would never have gotten a private plumber to respond like that and were overjoyed with the commitment of our on-site staff. This is just one example as to why we love living here. Thank you to all staff members.

Came here for a tour and nobody was here at all, our tour was at 3:30pm. We showed up early at 3pm to see if it was possible to start our tour early, the office was closed with an odd sign that said “will return at “ with a clock pointed at 9pm. Which is odd cause their office hours do not go to 9pm and also I had an email confirming our tour date and time. Well we thought maybe they were already on a tour and they placed the arrows wrong (trying to give them the benefit of the doubt). So we waited patiently until it was our 3:30pm and still nobody showed up. There were even tenants waiting out for someone as well. I emailed them and haven’t gotten a response. My fiancé and I think we dodge a bullet if this how they treat potential renters! Definitely would not recommend
